Sorry, I asked him the same thing it is 2 days ago, I fixed it into my
test overlay by adding an auto-arrange USE flag which depend on
<=media-gfx/graphviz-2.28.0

I forget to update the overlay, I will do it right away.

The day after, he made other changes that broke another thing, it is
why I didn't updated the overlay. The day after it was fixed, and you
will need to update media-libs/lv2-9999 as well.
