There's also an ebuild for patchage-0.5.0 in the official gentoo portage
tree but that one doesn't work with python-3 set as active version due
to the waf build system.
I've filed a bug about the issue:
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=442168
Either you just remove patchage from the proaudio-overlay and wait for
the devs to fix the issue in the official tree or you commit the fix to
proaudio and the version from the overlay should take precedence
automatically.
