We've just released the 2nd version of Openoctave, and ask if it can
be included in the pro-audio overlay.
We've also used a different core codebase, so we ask if the current
openoctave-9999 ebuild can be removed.

The new version should be a 9999 build, as we're in the middle of
coding new features and will add these soon.
