Hi all,
I tried to emerge libffado-9999, it does not compile without libconfig.
So I think that dev-libs/libconfig should be added in DEPEND.
Moreover, according to
https://ieee1394.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Juju_Migration ,
sys-libs/libraw1394-2.0.6 or later (instead of >=libraw1394-1.3.0 )
seems to be required to use the new firewire stack.
With these changes, libffado-9999 compiles fine and works with the new
firewire stack (tried with jack-audio-connection-kit-0.118.0 from
proaudio overlay + kernel 2.6.37), but with many more xruns than the
old stack :-(
(I didn't try with jack2)
