I still get the same error with the cvs version. It is possible to add a gtk2 use flag, but it will always compile somthing in the gtk2 directory. I take a look in the devel mail list, and it seam at it is long ago at they have stopped to developp something for the gtk2 interface just in the middle of the process. In fact, event the Makefile for the gtk2 interface seam to be broken.

But I find a funny command, alsaplayer as internet radio player:
alsaplayer -o jack -F 48000 -r -e http://64.202.98.91:8004
And even the speed control is working with it !
