Laurent:
The description of the Linux I am using is:
uname -a
Linux xxx.jpl.nasa.gov x.x.xx-xxx.el5 #1 SMP Fri Apr 2 14:58:14 EDT 2010
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
So the machine is an x86. Why would I need to run an x86 emulator on an
x86 machine?
OK, I have looked in the Linux and qemu seems to exist as a family of
executables for a bunch of different processors.
So where in the make system of POK is qemu hooked in and where does it
look for qemu.
My Linux machine already has these to qemu executables installed:
qemu-x86_64 -version
qemu-x86_64 version 0.15.92, Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard
dogmatix:/home/reder$qemu-system-x86_64 -version
QEMU emulator version 0.15.92, Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard
Are the versions and such consistent with what you guys use?
Thanks,
Len
