Hello,

The toolchain platform was available for Windows some years ago. Unfortunately, the support was discontinued since, mostly because most users/developers use a unix-based system. 
So, for now, it runs on Linux but running in on Windows with cygwin would be feasible without significant efforts: you would need to install gcc, perl modules and other dependencies. On the other hand, using Linux (with distributions such as Debian) would be more easy because most distributions already provides all the tools and there are more users that could give you advices and potential help.

i want to install POK on windows XP but i do not understand the instructions given in the user guide.

       1- I  did not find the pok version for window in the snopshots.

       2- i tried to download pok_current.tgz, i extracted it but i did not find configure.bat to run it.

       3- and finally what do you mean by root directory of project? is it the extracted directory or what?
