Hi

under linux, I noticed that alt+j is not recognized as a shortcut key
anymore to enable joystick. alt+x, alt+d, ... all seems to work, but
not all+x.

this is with SDL 2.0.7 ; did anyone notice this too ?

AltGr-j seems to work fine for me with SDL 2.0.7. Using Fedora 26 with
XFCE. What distro are you running?

I'm using mageia cauldron and mageia 6, but some are running 32 bits, other 64 bit, I will try to check on each PC if there's a relation between sdl version and 32/64 bits.

I checked on 4 different PC, all running mageia cauldron 32 and 64 bits (sdl 2.0.7) and one with mageia 5 (sdl 2.0.3)

In all cases, xev reports the same message when pressing altgr+j, so this doesn't seem to be at the X11 level.

But then, only sdl 2.0.3 detects the shortcut and reports the key press using --trace keymap, with sdl 2.0.7 there's no message for this combination.

I will try to build sdl 2.0.7 on the PC using sdl 2.0.3 to see if I get the same problem.

Nicolas
