Time Bandit being one of the early games released on STF in 1988, it 
could be that it doesn't work in STE mode.

Rule of thumb is : always run Hatari with a TOS that existed at the time 
the game was released. And even so, better to use tos 1.02 or 1.04 as 
they were the most common ones.
