Yeah, it was a clumsy April Fool's day joke. But the joke within the joke is
that the patches actually really work to some extend ;-)

Of course not. Hatari will stay Hatari, the emulator for ST/STE/TT/Falcon.
If someone needs a proper Jaguar emulation, they are way better off with the
BigPEmu emulator nowadays, there is really no need to integrate Jaguar
emulation into Hatari.
