Exotic, but nevertheless, the NatFeats SCSI Driver would also need a patch.
This is required if you lauch software within Hatari from a USB drive or a
real SCSI device connected to your PC, and you have mapped this device
into Hatari with this driver.

Same for the SCSI Driver.
