I saw your patch. I think both CFBundleShortVersionString and CFBundleGetInfoString can be removed.

CFBundleShortVersionString because it matches the entry in Info-Hatari.plist and therefore does not need to be localized. Another benefit from removal: It has only to be changed once in Info-Hatari.plist when updating the version number. 

CFBundleGetInfoString because it is obsolete since Mac OS X 10.6 (and SDL2 requires 10.6 or later).
