No, the binaries from the mac12 job should work fine for all macOS versions 
>= 10.13, so there is no need for separate binaries in the macos14 job.

The macos14 job is just there for additional test coverage, e.g. we compile 
also with the --disable-osx-bundle configure flag there. This disables the 
fancy macOS gui and thus binaries from this build job are less interesting 
for the average macos user.
