Dang, I forgot the Atari-forum link with the instructions on adding 
PortMidi to (Fedora) Windows binary build, and note that antarctica is 
now producing them:

The *main* thing would be next Hatari release having a Windows build 
that does include PortMidi support (as otherwise those builds do not 
have _any_ MIDI support).
