Just use "zip2st" to convert directory into a floppy image, or 
"atari-hd-image" to convert image into a harddisk image.

If you use EmuTOS, harddisk image works as is, otherwise you could first 
try whether dir contents fit into a floppy image.

(Both of these Hatari helper script require few command line utilities 
available on most unix distros.)
