Hi,

I've pushed the PortMidi fix and updated docs.

Once Nicolas fixes the MIDI IRQ handling on device change, and I've 
improved PortMidi device handling in SDLGUI a bit, I think we can 
recommend building Hatari packages on Linux also with PortMidi.

I think very few people want to use MIDI for debug output or networking 
(MidiMaze) compared to how many would like to have MIDI usage for music 
easier in Hatari.

(With PortMidi, one does not need to enable virtmidi as root and use 
ALSA connect GUI, one can select the output synth directly from Hatari.)
