SDL1.2 support was recently dropped in devel version of Hatari and SDL2 
is supposed to work much better than SDL1.2 under linux -> you should 
try to use SDL2 instead.

As for capsimage library's licence, it's based on MAME licence, which 
can be used in flatpak.
