https://hatari.tuxfamily.org/doc/manual.html says that IDE requires EmuTos
or TOS 2.06. I suggest to make this more precise by saying that *booting*
fromn IDE requires certain versions of TOS. Using IDE drives works with any
TOS, only booting from IDE does not.
