[hatari-devel] Hexadecimal display format for the debugger

Hello all,

while working on my postmortem contribution I noticed that the info
commands of the debugger sometimes display hexadecimal values with 0x
and others with $ prefix. 

I suggest to use a common display format in all functions.

I would also always display leading zeros but that's a
matter of taste.
