It's considered a debugging feature as it's main usage is implementing
debugger invocation / prints / asserts in native code without extra
overhead. None of the other debug features has UI options either
(except for tracing, in Hatari Python UI).

Some of the command line debug options are saved to config file
when one saves config from UI, but in general debug options
are expected to be set directly from the config file.
(I might add some extra things to Python UI debug dialog, now
that I need to change hard disk configuration part of it.)
