No.

We still used a bug tracker back in the Berlios days. It was pretty
much neglected. When we then moved to tuxfamily.org, one of the few
disadvantages was that there is no bug tracker available on
tuxfamily.org. But since hardly anybody use the bug tracker anyway, we
decided that a good todo.txt file is sufficient for our case. So if you
think that something should be tracked there, please send a patch for
doc/todo.txt.
