EmuTOS 0.9.4 is pretty old. Support for Hatari extended video modes has been improved after that.

As a rule of thumb, please always use the latest EmuTOS release, currently 0.9.7:

I have etos097 I'll try with it. Compilation with SDL2.

Try with  STE, MegaSTE, TT, Falcon
