As far as I know, Steem can be detected using the interface first
introduced a long time ago by PaCifiST:
<http://toshyp.atari.org/en/00e005.html>. Support for this of course
requires the emulator to intercept calls to the Vsync XBIOS call. I
don't know if Hatari wants to do this.
