I've just upgraded from F24 to F25 (where SDL2-2.0.5 is installed). And.....
hatariui now correctly embeds the hatari windows :-O And I'm also using
Wayland. I really don't know what was going on in F24.

If you would have subscribed to hatari-devel earlier, you'd know
that this isn't the only bug in SDL2 v2.0.4. It had bugs also
in its keyboard handling.

 

Sorry for the noise, but I just noticed that the update process from F24 to F25 downgraded hatari to 1.9.0. That's why hatariui was embedding the hatari windows. Now I reinstalled v2.0.0 and I hit the same problem again :(
