It seems that Xbox 360 support can use multiple drivers which all seem
to have issues.
I am able to run the pad with the xpad driver, Xubuntu 14.04. Hatari
then uses the left analogue stick and the A button, the D-pad does not
work. I tried to implement a coolie hat driver in joy.c but the D-Pad
is not recognized as a D-pad.
The D-pad maps to buttons according to jstest. I now do not know if
that mapping is reliable and esp I do not know how the buttons behave
with a different kernel driver.
All in all I am stuck here and it is very sad as some games just play
better with a D-pad than an analogue stick.
Regards,
Matthias
