Hi,

You need to run CMake like this:
	cmake -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE=1

So that "make" command for Hatari will show what arguments are actually used 
for the linker.

All (or at least most) of warnings below should go away if you enable 
tracing when you configure Hatari.
