[hatari-devel] New gst2ascii tool

Hi,

As post-processor can read only ASCII format
symbol information, while debugger can now
utilize DRI/GST symbol tables in binaries,
I added a separate "gst2ascii" tool to Hatari
which shows program's symbol table in ASCII
format.

This tool can be used e.g. if you loaded symbols
from program for profiling and want to post-process
the profile data with post-processor using full
symbol information.

ASCII format is also useful if you need to modify
the symbol table content; remove loop labels, add
missing symbols etc.
