Autotools support was removed in Hatari v1.4 which still had some
build support for plain GNU Make, but since v1.5, Hatari can be
built only with CMake.
Does MiNT have CMake?
E.g. on Debian building that seems to require libraries for
Qt4, Curl, Expat, XmlRPC, Archive, Ncurses, of which Qt4
is probably the hardest dep as it's so huge.
