It's not the same problem.

I think that program just isn't interpreting the mouse movements
similarly to other programs.

There's no way how Hatari could guess how programs choose
to interpret mouse movement data it sends through IKBD.

Happily such programs are rare (I know only two, Hextracker
and some drawing program, if I remember correctly), and one can
always switch to fullscreen or use mouse locking.
