I downloaded your universal build today. I have two comments:
1. Under Lion, I needed to replace your included SDL framework with the framework you compiled with 1.5. Otherwise, using Lion, Hatari crashes when going to full screen. I thought I remembered that your project compiles the current SDL code. Since the problem I see with your binary matches what I saw when I used SDL 1.2.15 (pre-release version), I assume you are using that code.
2. A minor change: Can you change the English localization on the "Display" preference from "Falcon/TT Uniquement" to "Falcon/TT only"?
Other than that, it has been working well for me so far.

It's a totally universal build (ppc/intel, 32 and 64 bits, and work on 10.4 up to 10.6. Should also work on 10.7)

I do not use readline at all, and embedded a libpngframework.
Let me know if you find bug/error related to MacOsX Gui. I know that, sometime, the preference box crash. Don't know why, and where. Something misinitialized, may be...
