The message is explicit: that mean that reledpar was not able to make a Left page (Leftside) finishing a the leftside, and that finished on right page.
That could be related to many problem:
- bug in your text
- too many footnotes
Don't forget, before investigating more, to make many run of your file, using script like latexmk. Because, it's possible that could be solved on next run.
If after all the run of latexmk (or if latexmk is not possible to find a stable point), you have still this problem, you could reduce the goalfraction setting of reledpar, using
\setgoalfraction{0.85}
instead of
\setgoalfraction{0.9}
you could also reduce more, depending of the size of your footnotes
