I can't update the News extension because of a permissions problem.

Gael: I think all you have to do is
ssh tuxfamily
cd eigen
cp -r News/* eigen.tuxfamily.org-web/htdocs/extensions/News/

and then edit LocalSettings.php to reenable the extension. hopefully
that will work.

can you also please do a
chmod g+w -R eigen.tuxfamily.org-web/htdocs
I did the same myself today.
