[devel-heraia]Filetime date

The filetime date is now operational, as it has been coded with only two tests
cases, it might be broken. Consider dates in the project as a weak function
of the interpretor. Some coding has been done on probably false information.
If you do have tests cases that fails, please e-mail me those tests.

          * docs/test_file : a test file that contains filetime dates and whose
            aim is to provide data tests from the test-suite.
