[crisos] DarwinFox patches broken

Tried to install a clean DarwinFox snapshot yesterday.
Didn't get far: broke in 'make patch'

The problem seems to be in patches/800-enable_ipkg.patch
which contains this fragment:

but there is no "config BUSYBOX_CONFIG_IPKG" in that file
of openwrt's rev 13128.

Keeping those patches in sync with the HEAD of openwrt's
repository seems to be somewhat dangerous.
