I found the solution.
On Darwinfox release inside /etc/conf/network you can modify the
interace session like this:

config interface lan
	option ifname	eth0
	option type	none
	option proto	dhcp
	#change mac it with 00:40:8c:xx:xx:xx
	option macaddr  00:40:8c:cd:00:01

I don't test it on alpha, but it should be pretty the same!
