Hi all,
I'm trying to activate USB-HID, but I don't get it working. Not in alpha image,
nor in the darwinfox image.
this is what I get if I want to build a customized image with USB-HID turned on.
mkdir -p /mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha/build_dir/linux-etrax/packages/ipkg/kmod-usb-hid/lib/modules/2.6.19.2
cp -fpR -L /mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha/build_dir/linux-etrax/linux-2.6.19.2/drivers/hid/usbhid/usbhid.ko /mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha/build_dir/linux-etrax/packages/ipkg/kmod-usb-hid/lib/modules/2.6.19.2/
cp: cannot stat `/mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha/build_dir/linux-etrax/linux-2.6.19.2/drivers/hid/usbhid/usbhid.ko': No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [/mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha/bin/packages//kmod-usb-hid_2.6.19.2-etrax-1_cris.ipk] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha/package/kernel'
make[2]: *** [package/kernel/compile] Error 2

make[1]: Leaving directory `/mnt/data/Downloads/Foxboard/CrisOS/alpha'
make: *** [world] Error 2
on darwinfox, there's no error, but the module is not build either.
I need this module, since I have to monitor a APC Backu-UPS CS 350, which is
connected via USB. I managed to compile the apcupsd with usb support, but
without kernel support it doesn't work.
Any help is highly appreciated to get this up and running.
Thanks a lot and best regards,
Mike
