[crisos] work around for ipkg bug

Hi,
   As a work around for the ipkg bug you can download an ipk file and
then untar it in /tmp and then run

cd /
tar zxf /tmp/zlib_1.2.3-5_cris.ipk

I'm also trying to install strace to try and work out what ipkg is doing.
