Team,
I seem to have really goofed something up. I was trying to partition the
USB stick (using the MMC example); however, I can't seem to mount the drive.
Here what I get under fdisk:
root@CrisOs:/# fdisk /dev/sda1
Command (m for help): p
Disk /dev/sda1: 2063 MB, 2063581184 bytes
64 heads, 62 sectors/track, 1015 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 3968 * 512 = 2031616 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1p1 1 800 1587169 83 Linux
/dev/sda1p2 801 1015 426560 82 Linux swap /
Solaris
Command (m for help): q
But when I go to make the swap file or mount the other partition, I get the
following:
root@CrisOs:/# mkswap /dev/sda1p2
/dev/sda1p2: No such file or directory
root@CrisOs:/# mount /dev/sda1p1 /mnt/usbdrive
mount: mounting /dev/sda1p1 on /mnt/usbdrive failed
root@CrisOs:/#
Can someone please help?
Thanks!
Mike

Subject: USB Drive
Hi. I have a general question (I hope that this is the right place for it).
I have installed a few apps and run out of space on my Fox 8/32. I have a 2
GB USB drive which I would like to use but I don't know how to tell the ipkg
to send the apps to the USB drive. I'm also not sure what dependencies I
would need to fix installing apps here instead of on the main Foxboard
memory.
Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks!
