The installer should now better handle various sound cards, thanks to
the testers, and these translations have been completed, thanks to the
translators:

Unless big issue be brought up during this last testing phase this
release candidate will be very close to the final release, with if
possible an upgrade to Orca and associated a11y applications to version
2.32.
