[cairo-compmgr] building with openvg support

Hi Nicloas,

I'm trying to build ccm with openvg support. I installed ShivaVG, but when I try to compile cairo with the OpenVG backend I get the following:

checking VG/openvg.h usability... no
checking VG/openvg.h presence... no
checking for VG/openvg.h... no

In my enviroment this header is in vg/openvg.h

Do you have any hint in how I can get it working?
