Dear Trent,

I tried to apply the patch but there is a file missing from it, namely
src/x/xwmfullscreen.c
Could you please try again? Perhaps git-format patch will be of use to
you make a patch we can apply with git am.

Also, the fullscreen situation on X11 is complicated,  so there it's
needed the most, but I think that if we're going to have a virtual
fullscreen, it's probably best to do this cleanly and on all
platforms.
