I’ve been playing with some code based on official git. Joystick is working
with the Linux driver as you said. I think the best approach will be to have the
higher level joystick driver able to pull joysticks from multiple sources. iOS
will likely need regular joystick support in additional to accelerometer soon
too, if rumours are correct.
