[AD] monochrome 8x8 builtin font + upscaling algorithm

Implemented "al_create_builtin_font(unsigned int scale, bool 
use_tar)" into the font addon.

The function takes a scale (2,3,etc) parameter and a bool specifying 
whether to apply the Tri-Add-Rem algorithm to smooth the blocky up-
scaled internal (8x8 bits per character) font data.

Also updated the font example ex_font to demonstrate usage.
