Apparently the conversion from UITouch.timestamp to Allegro time
wasn't implemented properly though... the idea is probably to get the
difference between current ios time and UITouch.timestamp, then
subtract that from the current Allegro time. I'm puzzled what role the
first_touch_time was supposed to have though.
