FWIW, my keyboard doesn't have a scroll lock key, but then it doesn't
have many "special" keys at all. If we want to be consistent across
PCs with Windows and Linux, and OS X, we'd have to choose some bizarre
combo of modifiers and function keys or something. That's not to say it
has to be the same on all platforms but it would be nice.
