Summary: HLSL vertex shader crash with Allegro created D3D device
Initial Comment:
The attached code crashes after 'Yay1' for no clear reason. The same code works fine in programs where the D3D display is created manually (e.g. in this demo: http://www.codesampler.com/source/dx9_hlsl_simple_vs2ps.zip ). This code needs to work for the primitives addon to support custom vertices in D3D.
