If it would be listed on http://www.opengl.org/registry/ , you would paste 
chunks of code (with minor modifications) from header files listed at 
http://www.opengl.org/registry/#abi into appropiate files in 
4.9/include/allegro5/opengl/GLext/

But since it's not listed there it doesn't exist :P
