Summary: consider hiding al_system_driver
Initial Comment:
The only use for this, externally, seems to be to get the global configuration file, which is done by accessing an internal field. We should consider removing this from the public API and adding a function to return the global config structure instead.
If the function is kept it should be renamed to al_get_system_driver().
