For me, the "Destination" window just goes completely black.
It's broken ATM. And it has issues when it can't be redrawn fast enough.
It displays the selected area of a bitmap. You drag a rectangle with the mouse
to select the area. The smaller window is the source and you can drag a
rectangle there too. Hard to explain, but but you'd get it when you see it in
action.
