[AD] Webmastering the page

I've commited a few changes to the web page so that mirrors work  
instead of being full of 404 like cheese.

First question, what would I have to do to update the web page (me, or  
just anybody else)?

I'm leaving the position of web master and I'll be only maintaining  
the demon and sunsite mirrors through ftp, so I will keep an ear on  
the list for whenever there are changes to run again my scripts.

The sunsite and demon mirros aren't yet updated, but should be soon  
with the current svn version.

I'll also close the alleg-www mailing list which is not archived and  
only works as a spam bucket, leaving the work of web coordination to  
this list or any other if you desire to open it. I'll be sending also  
individual mails to the last web translators to notify them of the  
changes and the situation.
